ADP Report Shows Hiring Slowdown in May

Private sector job growth slowed in May, says ADP’s monthly employment report out this morning. Payrolls increased by 179,000, the HR services firm estimated, which fell far short of the 210,000 economists were expecting. It was also under April’s revised ADP count of 215,000 new jobs.
